
Ashley Cortellesso is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Alleviating Behavioral Challenges with ABA LLC. She began her career in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and quickly discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis, which inspired her to pursue her BCBA certification. Ashley earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on Autism support from Ball State University and passed her BCBA exam in 2019. Throughout her career, Ashley has worked with individuals of all ages and functioning levels across various settings. This diverse experience has deepened her understanding of Autism and its impact at different stages of development, allowing her to provide more comprehensive and tailored support for each individual. Ashley is dedicated to supporting individuals who are often overlooked due to factors like location, age, or behavior severity, and ensuring that they receive the help they need as well.

Isadora Salatiel has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019, gaining extensive experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) across a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, and schools. She has worked with individuals of all ages and skill levels, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
In 2023, Isadora earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for verbal behavior and is deeply committed to help children and families achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
Isadora’s dedication to the field of ABA shines through in her collaborative, compassionate approach, always striving to empower clients and support them in reaching their fullest potential.

Hi my name is Lacea Martinez, I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Human Services from Baker College in 2006. I have worked in the ABA field for the past 7 years. I pride myself in being an advocate for independence, gentle teaching and putting the desires of the client first. I feel that the best part of my job is seeing the progression in an individual, as they expand their capabilities, to areas that previously had not seemed attainable. My hobbies include crafting, swimming, shell hunting, and diving.
