Meet our Team

Ashley Cortellesso is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Alleviating Behavioral Challenges with ABA LLC. She began her career in 2017 as a RBT, quickly discovering her passion for the field, which led her to pursue her BCBA certification. Ashley earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019 with a focus on Autism from Ball State University.

Throughout her career, Ashley has worked with individuals of all ages and functioning levels across various settings. This diverse experience has deepened her understanding of Autism and its impact at different stages of development, allowing her to provide more comprehensive and tailored support for each individual.
